We support our employees’ passions for volunteering and engaging in our local community. Join our culture committee, which is open to all BN employees. We participate in events and donate to various causes including Adopt-A-Street, Pet Partners, Family Tree, The American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, Jeffco Action Center, College Scholarship Funds, Elementary School STEM Programs, Women in Manufacturing, Foothills Animal Shelter, Human-Animal Bond Trust, Horse Protection League, Denver Rescue Mission, Colorado Veteran’s Project, Food Bank of the Rockies, and Community Table.
When we are not working together, we get out of the office and hike, bike, climb, swim, skate, hang-glide, camp, fish, hunt, run, walk, and play! At Barber-Nichols, we like to promote a healthy work-life balance and continued learning.
