The first recipient of the Community Service Award has experienced 10%+ year-over-year revenue growth, supporting local Colorado hiring growth from 100 to 160+ employees. Many of the newly hired engineers, machinists, technicians and other functions are being recruited from local trade schools including Red Rocks Community College, Colorado State University, and Metro State University, which they have donated significant scholarship funding over the past few years. They are 100% committed to developing next-generation skilled manufacturing workforce in Colorado by sponsoring young talent directly out of trade schools.
This company launched revised core values and do monthly All-company meetings recognizing teams who are getting involved in their community. They have established a Culture Committee to help employees get involved in the community and at work throughout the year. This committee has contributed significantly to the local community and has won multiple awards based on community involvement, successful growth, hiring, training, and contributions to schools and charities within their local community.
