Advancing Cryogenic Propellant Testing with Next-Generation Data Systems

We’re excited to highlight one of the most advanced features of our new Cryogenic Propellant Test Facility, a state-of-the-art data acquisition and control system designed to capture every detail of complex cryogenic behavior with precision and speed.

This system brings together high-speed analog data, synchronized video, and thermal imaging, all time-aligned down to the millisecond, delivering unmatched insight into test performance and system behavior.

Key capabilities include:
🔹 High-Speed Data Acquisition exceeding 100 kHz across analog inputs, capturing dynamic pressure, acceleration, and virtually any process signal with high fidelity.
🔹 Cryogenic Thermometry using LHe-calibrated silicon diodes and RTDs for highly accurate low-temperature measurements.
🔹 Synchronized Visual and Infrared Imaging, 4K visible cameras (60 fps) and thermal cameras (25 Hz) precisely time-aligned with test data via PTP or IRIG-B protocols.
🔹 Full Audio/Visual Integration, including recorded headsets and test video for real-time coordination and review.
🔹 Vacuum Simulation Capabilities down to 1×10⁻⁵ torr, enabling true space environment testing.
Every sensor, frame, and voice command is captured and synchronized, giving engineers a complete picture of each test event for faster analysis, improved safety, and accelerated development.

This is more than a data system; it’s a window into the future of cryogenic testing.
