Visitor Safety

For your safety and the safety of others, please follow all posted signs and instructions.  By observing established safety procedures, you help ensure a secure and safe experience for everyone.

  • Sign in at front desk upon arrival and return badge upon departure
  • Visitor badge must always be visible.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

       

PPE will be provided at the front desk.

  • Safety Glasses
  • Safety Shoe covers
  • Ear plugs

Safety Procedures

  • Stay within yellow lines unless escorted.
  • Safety glasses and safety shoes are required beyond the yellow line.
  • Report injuries or safety concerns immediately.
  • Pay attention to all safety signage and exits.
  • Watch for forklift travel indoors as well as outdoors.

Emergency Preparedness

Become familiar with emergency exits on campus.  During an emergency event, alarms may sound or a message will be announced over the intercom system with instructions.

Stay with your B-N escort.

All employees and visitors must go to the assembly area at Bldg 1, north parking lot (shown in yellow).
